Proudly Supporting Charity & Community Events

Each year, PrimaParty chooses one main Charity or Community event to support, but also gets involved with other smaller charity and community events. We believe that the more we can do to support things locally, the stronger the community will become. If you would like us to consider your Charity for next year, or would like us to attend your event, please CONTACT us with as much notice as possible as we get booked up for our quota very quickly and as much as we would love to attend every event we are invited to, it's not always possible.

CHARITY OF THE YEAR 2015

Bluebell Wood

A couple of years ago I was lucky enough to be asked to visit Bluebell Wood to discuss how PrimaParty could help with their fundraising activities and I was completely blown away by them. They really could not do more to support the children and their families that use the hospice. However, they only receive a small amount of Government funding so they heavily rely on charitable donations to keep providing this invaluable support.

That is why I chose them as my Charity of the Year 2015. For more info go to www.bluebellwood.org

School Fairs & Church Fetes

Every year we are lucky enough to be asked to attend a lot of local school and church fairs, and this number is growing year on year. We can provide face painting, balloon modelling, bouncy castles or our circus skills workshops for any of these events.

So far this year we are booked for Bracken Lane Primary School, Ranby Primary Summer Fair and South Clifton Church Fair to name a few.

CHARITY OF THE YEAR 2014
Yorkshire Wildlife Park

In 2014, myself and a couple of colleagues provided regular face painting during the final half of the summer holidays and the October half term. I was even lucky enough to be there the day that their first polar bear, Victor, arrived. 50p from every face was donated to The YWP Foundation.

Their Safari Nights are defintiely worth going to, not only for the tribute bands and bangless fireworks, but also because they have roaming entertainers throughout the day.

Other Community Events

Examples of the kinds of community events we have attended and will hopefully be attending again include face painting and bouncy castles at Bassetlaw District Council Parks Department  events in Retford, Worksop and Langold, B & Q Worksop Family Fun Day, Sturton Stride, Charter Day Retford, Clarborough Fair, Wellow Maypole and Tickhill Gala.
