Privacy Policy

From the 25th May 2018 the new GDPR guidelines come into force. In line with this we have provided a few Q & A's to help you understand our processes:

What type of information do we collect?

When communicating with potential customers about a booking, we retain their name, phone number and/or email address.

Once a booking has been confirmed, we then also request a home address and telephone number or email address in addition to the contact methods previously provided. This is to provide us with as many potential sources of contact in order to ensure each booking runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

How do we collect information?

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only. Similarly, if you contact us by phone or Facebook, this is the information we will retain from you during the period of the consultation and booking.

Why do we collect such personal information?

Our main use of personal information is to complete bookings with customers. We may on occasion carry out mail outs about the business, for example asking for opinions on a new service or about a change in our information or policies that are deemed essential to share with you, such as this on GDPR..

How do we store, use, share and disclose our customers' personal information?

Your details are stored on your invoice on our password encrypted PC, which in turn is backed up to the Cloud. Your name and phone number are also written into our paper diary.

Names and contact numbers, and home address when that is the booking venue are shared with the member of staff who is attending the booking. This information is sent electronically and not printed out.

We do not share your details with anyone that does not need to know them.

How do we communicate with our customers?

We communicate either by personal email, text message, phone calls or Facebook messenger. Communication is only ever made in the course of a booking process, from initial contact by the customer through to the request for feedback about the booking / service.

How can our site visitors' withdraw their consent?
